Hope so.

I have a Bosch Axxis compact stackable washer dryer (model WTV76100CN) and I need to change the belt on the dryer.

I watched this video :

And started the repair, however mine is significantly different in the front drum support area. Where the one in the video just lifts out, mine doesnt appear to do so, at least I cant get it to. It feels like there is one screw left holding it although Ive looked it over.

I dont have enough clearance to slip the belt around the drum with the drum support in place.

Piece 219 in the following is the one giving me fits

Looking at the above video, in his case 291 is able to be separated from 532 (below), which will allow the from support to be removed and the belt installed, but I cant seem to get them apart.

Any ideas before the wife gets home and goes completely bonkers that here dryer is still broke?;)

Do you have an idler pulley on your belt system. On mine you can slip the belt off the spring loaded idler pulley and have enough slack to remove the belt. I can reach mine by reaching under the drum to the rear but here is also an access panel on the rear.

Not really. The drum is carried by the rear bearing. The belt has to go on the front.

I posted this on a appliance site and somebody replied with the shop manual, which was great. I havent had a chance to dig into it again, but will likely tonite.

Thanks to everyone, Got it sorted with the help of the factory service manual. Just had to remove the LH side panel. I was apprehensive out of fear the drum would collapse forward, but it didnt. SWMBO is happy again!!
