Any dealer in the VT/NH actually want business?.....

Called the two dealers near me looking for a shop manual and parts book, plus interested in a remote, both tell me no problem, call you back with prices......two weeks pass, nothing from either. Anyone in the New England (or anywhere that will ship) care to actually call back a customer and want to do business?

Seriuosly, anyone have a good dealer that may want to ship? Nothing pisses me off more than a business not returning a call

Several dealers up my way that I have passed. Maybe they would like the business. Just use the link and put in your zip. I was actually surprised at just how many dealers there are in Vermont.

I'm not a Kioti owner but have run into similar issues at other dealerships. While you have them on the phone politely tell them "Information now, sale now or I call the next dealer on the list" rather blunt but if they aren't interested now....as you know -they won't call back.

If shipping is a PITA for any of this, I would be willing to "meet you half way" to deliver it if you buy from a dealer up North. (I'm on the border) near Troy. So jumping over to 91 isn't a big thing.

Did you try Pete's Equipment in Morrisville, VT? I've found them to be very responsive, and I didn't even buy my machine from them.

You are the person who placed an order with us a week and a half ago I assume... We received your manuals late yesterday afternoon via UPS. We told you we had to order them and would call you when they came in. They are in, if you would still like to purchase them, call us. We do what we say, sometimes the wheels turn slower than we like. Plus we were working the Cheshire Fair all weekend til yesterday.

That's' what I like to see. Dealers who respond on TBN. There is nothing worse than being ignored but getting an online response shows that your concerns have been acknowledged.

BTW, Upper Valley has a good reputation on TBN, so I suggest you stick with them in future. Sometimes the person answering the phone doesn't always convey what you want to hear- that can happen at any business; I'm not saying its right but stuff can happen.

From my perspective, there was a misunderstanding, no need to start making accusations....please excuse me if I misunderstood what you meant by that, but I'm assuming you are calling me out.....

My original post never mentioned any business names, and I was really looking for a good dealer. I thought you guys were calling me back with a quote, then I would say yes or no.
