I bought an identical unit for my B26 and have been using it for a couple of years. Mine is an ATI, bought through my Kubota dealer in 2009 for $985 as a kit. I don't have any welding capacity, so after a adjusted the width I used 3/4" bolts to secure it and that seems to have worked out fine. After drilling 8 holes in my loader bucket I mounted the grapple with the bolts provided. I had previously had hydraulics added to the front. I quickly found that the grapple made it difficult to see the bucket from the cab and I decided that I didn't want it mounted all the time. Instead I store it in my barn and mount it when needed. I use a chain fall to pick it up at just the right angle for the bolt holes to line up with my bucket. In only takes about ten minutes to attach or remove. The grapple works well for picking up piles of brush, particularly if I add a pair of bolt on fork tines to the bottom of the bucket. The grapple is not strong enough to grab boulders so that they can be tipped into the bucket. If I were to do it again I think I would by a dedicated root grapple since my tractor has a skid steer type coupler up front.
