Hello everyone,
I just did my 200 hour servicing for my Kubota GR2000. This involved changing the air filter, engine oil change and filter, sharpen the blades, changed the hydraulic filter, screen and oil, changed the fuel filter and presto I thought I was ready to go. I had a tough time topping up the hydraulic fluid but eventually got it right. Went out to cut the grass and the blade speed did not seem to be powering through the grass when the deck was dropped in the cutting position. I did a few paths but the blade seemed to be having a hard time cutting, something which I have never seen before. Eventually the blade stopped turning when the PTO was engaged and now it will not even spin the blades. I have taken care of this thing meticulously and the only thing I replaced is the cable for the right front steering which had snapped, locking up the rear tire on turning. i replaced the cable and I was back up and running until this weekend. I know there were problems with the trans axle warranty but have never used this warranty in Canada. Not even sure if the blade not turning is related. One thing to note is that the lever to engage the blade does not feel the same as it used to prior to the blades working. Something just does not feel right. Any ideas out there from you Kubota guys? Thanks so much.
