I have taken the tractor to the dealer, but they were unable to recreate this situation and I am not suprised because it is very infrequently that it happens.
Now and again, the tractor will start blowing blueish smoke. It will do it for about 5-30 seconds and then stop. No other symptoms and nothing in particular that I am doing when this happens. It's enough smoke where you can watch it blow down the road in a small cloud....very noticable. Once I see it start to happen, I can push the clutch it and rev the engine and it will make a lot of smoke. It has happened about 5 times in 90 hours of operation.
The dealer checked the EGR valve and reprogrammed the ECM but other than that had no suggestions.
Any ideas? What would you guys do.....just keep running her?
The oil level is not going down as if it were burning a lot of oil.
Thanks
