Any ideas what this is? BX 2360

After mowing the lawn for the first time this season, my wife found this.



It is a block of hard rubber, 2x1 1/2x1 inches. There are no mounting holes, paint or signs of wear. I showed it to my dealer and no one had a clue. I was using a BX 2360, RCK 54-23 deck and a GCK60-23 grass catcher. Does anyone have any ideas where this came from?

Could it be the block that you put up under the clutch while storing it for extended periods? I have a wooden block but I guess rubber would work.

Nope, but I would save it.. If nothing else you could use it to play hockey this winter. The square shape would make for some interesting shots!

Anytime I find an object laying where I have had equipment, I save it for a few years till I forget where I picked it up at and then throw it away. Many times right after I throw it away, I need it or finally find what it was for. I figure that if what ever it came off of is still working after a couple of year, the part isn't necessary.
