I tore up my shoulders lifting weights and really messed one up "Demonstrating" to my son how to ride a skateboard. This is when I decided to get more serious about running.
I run 25 miles a week. I will be doing the Hood to Coast in late August. I clock a little less than 8-minute miles.
I still weigh 15 pounds more then I did in High school...but my blood pressure is "normal".
