coffeeman - I got a seat from Mahindra back around 2004 or 2005 for my 4110 and it was a tremendous improvement over the original one. It is padded very well, has the adjustable dampening and adjustable seat back (tilt) and came with folding armrests. I had to modify the mounting slightly from the original seat but it wasn't a big deal from what I remember. I left the armrests off too, I'm a pretty big guy and they got in my way operating the tractor, especially when boxblading having to turn in the seat and operate the 3 pt so much. If you did mostly grass cutting etc the armrests would be nice to use. The dampening and the quality padding are the major points that I really like about the seat. It has held-up well to the weather too - my tractor has always lived unprotected outdoors but the seat is still in great shape. I didn't pay for the seat so I don't know what it would cost, might check with one of the dealers to see if it's available. "Mahindra" is actually embossed on the seat back.
