My NEW 3130 HST with Curtis cab is a work of art now that I understand the HST. The removal of the FEL bucket 4 dowels/screws is a pain in the behind, takes me about 1.5 hours when I put on the new 7' snow blade. Any tips or ideas on how to improve !

Get the Kubota quick attach. If that will work, the disconnect will take a few seconds. You may be able to have an adapter plate welded to your bucket or see if you can trade it for a QA type.

Kubota loaders etc.

I have a Quick Coupler from Kubota that I use for my Curtis snow blade. Check out this thread. Click Here.
I was at my dealer trying to find out what the new coupler for the B3030 is going to be. They had a brand new Quick Coupler setting at the counter that a customer was picking up. Dealer claimed that it would fit most tractors up to L3830. I'm not sure but it should be worth checking into. The Quick Coupler will allow the stock Kubota FEL bucket and forks to be used without modification. Your Curtis blade will need to be modified like mine. Pictures in the above thread show the modification.

You have to admit, it doesn't get much easier then that, well not to much anyway. Bobcat does have a hydraulic setup so you don't even have to leave the tractor. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif ;

I have a question.
Does Kubota offer 2 differant types of quick attach?
The skid steer style with the levers to unlatch the bucket and the one shown in Ron's attachment with the pins that go in from the side.

When you take your bucket off, have a large tire underneath it. This will allow you to jiggle it around easily for pin alignment.
I also use a "spud", a tapered steel pin to line up things.

Ramon - I would just highly recommend switching to the Kubota quick attach. Its what I have on my L3130 & I have a 7' snow plow also. It takes me about 1 minute flat to remove my fel bucket & hook up to my plow, That includes connecting the two hydraulic lines for the angling (plow pistons)

From what I got from dealer the other day. The new B3030 will have the option of either type. But I'm not sure. Will have to wait until the new models come out.
Since I already have the Quick Coupler. It allow me to switch between my 2 FEL buckets, Pallet forks, snow blade, and Speeco Quick Hitch. It weighs less that a Bobcat type quick hitch.
All L**30 series tractors can have the Bobcat style hitch.
