Interested to hear opinions/experiences of any Yamaha Wolverine side by side (not the old 4 wheeler) owners?

I'm researching a side by side that would be used about equal parts fun/work.

Primarily around the property it would be used to truck myself and some gear from here to there...nothing big/heavy, just chainsaw and gear, maybe some seed/mulch etc. Dont need a big bed at all, Ive got a truck and the tractor for heavier work, really just a golf cart around the property. I'll use it for light trail riding on occasion, and another main use will be ice fishing in the winter months.

Yamahas have always been known in the ATV world for their reliability, so Im assuming that translates over to the SXS world as well?

Anyway the Wolverine seems like a perfect mix of sport/utility, just wondering if anyone here owns one?

Don't own a Wolverine but purchased my third new Yamaha product.Owned a Grizzley and traded for a Rhino then traded it for a 2016 Viking. All were trouble free. The Wolverine is similar in size to the no longer made Rhino. Two bucket seats but has a fixed box(no go for me).I use mine mostly for work and needed the bigger/dump box of the Viking.
Yamaha motors are bullet-proof;big single thumper 700cc.

Don't own one, but considering. Most people around have either Honda or Yamaha, I haven't seen or heard anything bad reliability wise. Some of the neighbors drive 10+ miles with them to get to their pastures, rather than the pickup. I don't need a dumpbox either. Tractor loader bucket can haul a couple tons, and my smallest tractor is an old 2510 Deere converted to turbo diesel, very compact and gets anywhere I need, so real work is done with those. Anything that won't fit in the box would go on a trailer. Also, I don't do any recreational riding at all. But good suspension is a plus checking or chasing cows.

Wolverine vs. Viking, Viking is easier to get to the engine. Wolv. has the newer engine and is geared a bit lower. Don't like the center console (in any type of vehicle), waste of space usually, except for engine access with these. Wolv. is a bit cheaper around here. Viking is more utility oriented, but price, motor, gearing etc. keep the Wolv. in my consideration. Box isn't a major factor.
