Anybody do mulching in Arkansas?

There's a guy on another forum that's looking to get 10 acres mulched in Arkansas.
Said he's having a hard time finding anyone to do it.
I don't know why, just thought I'd try to help him out if I could.

Was a couple guys that did it here but they when out of business . Don't think it work good in this area . Everyone shears with dozers .
