Anybody ever build a tonneau cover?

Fold-a-cover uses a piano hinge with a rubber strip wrapped around three sides of the hinge. The hinge is attached to the edges of the plywood and the rubber strip is held in place by the rivits that hold the hinges to the edge of the plywood.. I hope this is clear.

For the cost and time go buy one off E-Bay or Amazon.com Will look nicer and no leaks. Can get a fold up or roll up Have both and they are great.

I agree. Tonneaus can be bought for under $300.
