Had difficulty with Rt. shoulder. Had PT, rubber bands, etc. Never did feel right. Started to act up, so I blew the dust off my 50# Bear recurve bow and started very slow to build up to the full pull of 29". 5 reps at 5 sec each twice a day. Even switched to the left arm and do the same exercise to build up equal muscle strength. Now I can reach up & over with both arms. Thank goodness I kept my Bear recurve.
