Especially the brand new for 2017- the 20 inchers, like the Model No. CM2043C.
Even though I've about 500 acres of land I limit my lawns to about 1/4 acre or less, of which I've got 3 (lawns). I've several gas operated small mowers (all about 5 years old or older) including one that's push propelled rather than self propelled.
However my 29 year old son seems allergic to the gas "fumes" on the mower in Virginia and complains he gets sick every time he mows. He'll run the Stihl FS250 for an hour w/ no problem.
SMWBO suggested getting an electric mower, but I didn't think much of it. However I've become enamored with my B&D 40V MAX* Lithium Chainsaw with 12" Bar, LCS1240 , especially for trimming limbs high in trees.
I'm thinking this might be a good addition to my tools. Plus I get use of two more batteries for my chainsaw
And the darn batteries are even $75@ on EBAY!
So do any TBN'ers have experience with this mower or it's slightly smaller 16" cousin?
I'd prefer a DeWalt 20v MAX, but DeWalt hasn't made one yet. They are probably waiting until I buy a B&D
Thanks in advance.
