Anybody know of a rotary blade sharpener?

I'm wondering if anybody knows of a rotary blade sharpener?

What I envision is something like a lawn mower blade sharpener, only bigger.

I don't know what you are looking for specifically, but I have the Oregon 1 1/2 hp 12" wheel blade sharpener. The new blade sharpeners coming out use a ceramic belt either with a 48 or 60" long belt.

I sharpen blades on a bench grinder with angle attachment. Guess I could use my angle grinder like Newbury does too.

I prefer to be able to see just how much metal I am removing using my angle grinder and a sanding pad disc. Those abrasive wheels might be ok for computer guided sharpening but I suspect the manual ones would take a lot of time to get the set right unless you just took off a lot of metal.
I timed my self a couple days ago sharpening a rather dull mower blade from my 52" mower using a 120 grit sanding disc and it took 45 seconds for one end so about 2 minutes per blade counting the time to loosen the vise and flip the blade to get a knife edge on it without burning the steel. I doubt you could do it any faster than that with any bench grinder attachment.

I have 2 sets of blades-- change 'em out, lock in vise, sharpen with 4" angle grinder, too easy. 30 minutes for the whole process.

Angle grinder here. HF recently had a on line coupon where I picked up a light duty one for $9.99.

I sharpen blades for my sons three zero turn mowers every week. Use an 4 1/2 inch angle grinder I try to use the same amount of strokes on each side. Can do 9 blades in around 15 minutes. They don't
need to be sharpened to a knife edge.

I have always used an angle grinder. I believe on a rotary cutter a good edge is all that is needed, not razor sharp.
