Sangki mades this (damaged) rear quick disconnect, and I need to find a vender because my dealer informed me that through them, the disconnects are silly expensive. I've had no luck searching. Help!

It might just be cheaper to change everything to Pioneer ends. Quicker too. Just my thoughts.

I leaned my 250 pounds on two adjustable wrenches trying to separate the QD from the adaptor and it didn't budge. I didn't try more aggressive methods of separation because I needed it to screw back in for now.

X2 on the Pioneer ends. You can get them most any place when you need them. Are the Sangki Quick connects able to release under pressure,or do they have a special purpose? With a big enough lever you can move the world;or something like that.

I didn't realize that the QD was connected to an adapter. To me the adapter looks like it's orb. I'm wondering if you couldn't just buy a pioneer end with orb threads or another adaptor. I usually don't waste too much time trying to save things. I used to but realized that if I waste too much time on some cheap part I've cost my customer money as the hourly rate cost him more than just going and buying a new part. For myself though it's sometimes a different story.

The other thought that came to me after my last post is that you could get away with just replacing one pair of ends if money is a issue. Depending on what you use your tractor for you could even just do one end.

If the adaptor has had lock tight used between the Sangki QD and the adaptor then a bit of heat would help but then you probably already know that. The other trick I use with success is to set the threads you want to loosen on an anvil or equivalent and just start tapping the outside of the threads with a ball pien hammer. Rotate and tap on at least three different sides. It seams to expand the female end just enough to loosen the threads.

It's a Kioti. It ain't gonna be ORB, JIC, or NPT. probably BSPP or metric. Figure out what the male thread is, and go from there.

Many quick disconnects can interchange between manufacturers if they were made to the same standard. Post pictures of both ends of a good one on your tractor and maybe someone will recognize it. Or take a nipple to a local hydraulics supply house and see if they can match it up.
