Mine is on a 90 horse power tractor and it knows it is back there. I can pick up the front end (with 1300 pounds of added front weight) just by extending the boom backwards. Not for the faint of heart. They do make them smaller...

I have done it but didn't feel very comfortable with it. As you back up, make sure you raise the mower just to the point where the rear wheel comes off the ground. If you don't do this, the mower will drop and your blades will dig into the ground.

Brush up on your welding and fabrication skills and build one. There have been several homemade ones built on this forum, and Steiner makes one for their lawn tractors/mowers if you need a pattern, however they are a little more horsepower than your little tractor. I think my Steiner is 23.5 horsepower and more recent models went to about 28 for the same diesel engine equiped model.(mines a 525)
