Few John Deere's and one Ford 3600 diesel.
Something weird is going on with KCC because I've paid my payment twice and it has yet to clear my bank or be credited to my account. My payment was due on the 3rd and I made the first payment on the 30th. The 3rd rolls around and no withdrawl from my bank account and no credit to my Kubota online account. Ok, then, so I pay another payment on the 2nd. It usually takes 2 business days to showup on Kubota BUT it always shows a deduction from my bank account the next day. No dice AGAIN. I call Kubota credit to find out what's going on, they don't have a clue, but yet I have 2 conformation numbers proving I've made the payments (always write down your conformation numbers when paying online for times like this!). All they can tell me to do is call back tomorrow if it hasn't cleared. Well what's the point since that will cause me to be late even though I've paid the thing twice and have the proof, they just won't deduct the money from my account. She asked me if all my account information was correct and it is because it's worked flawlessly all the other 7 times I've used it, that's why I knew something wasn't right this time. This online payment system used to work great but now I'm not so sure about it. I'm worried this stupid thing is going to end up putting me behind on a payment eventually, even though I'm current.

It took us a full three months to finally get it all worked out. Worst part of our Kubota experience. Love our tractor, so that helps I guess.

RollingsFarms, sorry to hear about your problem. I have never had a problem in the 2 years I have been paying online, but like you, I recommend that everyone always write down their conformation number. I write mine in the payment book they sent me.

YES!!!! Same issue. I went to pay on the 3rd, the day it was due, it was in the morning and it wouldn't let me post it, until the 4th. Fourth comes, and goes, nothing out of my account. Tried again, it wouldn't let me post it until the 10th, not sure what was wrong with May 09, 2016. It's just as much a "business day" as a Tuesday, but the 10th it is. I got a confirmation number, both times. We'll see if it goes through on the 10th. I called KCC last month, because it wasn't giving me the option to pay the day it was due, even though I was paying early. When I called, they said there was a ten day grace period, not to worry about it. If it doesn't go through on the 10th, I guess I'll be on the phone, again, trying to make a payment.

I have two concerns: that it charges me for both times and that it is late, even though I've tried to pay, twice.

I set up automatic payment at the time of financing and it took KTAC two months before they started withdrawing but it was their issue and they figured it out soon enough without my poking. Been smooth since.

I travel far too much to hand write checks. I set up as much as possible as auto pay. Pretty much only write a check when I go to the dump (won't take cards) or to a private person (rarely). I tend to send checks via my credit union website (electronic check)... it's free and I can do it anywhere! No checkbook required and is virtually the same thing.
