Something weird is going on with KCC because I've paid my payment twice and it has yet to clear my bank or be credited to my account. My payment was due on the 3rd and I made the first payment on the 30th. The 3rd rolls around and no withdrawl from my bank account and no credit to my Kubota online account. Ok, then, so I pay another payment on the 2nd. It usually takes 2 business days to showup on Kubota BUT it always shows a deduction from my bank account the next day. No dice AGAIN. I call Kubota credit to find out what's going on, they don't have a clue, but yet I have 2 conformation numbers proving I've made the payments (always write down your conformation numbers when paying online for times like this!). All they can tell me to do is call back tomorrow if it hasn't cleared. Well what's the point since that will cause me to be late even though I've paid the thing twice and have the proof, they just won't deduct the money from my account. She asked me if all my account information was correct and it is because it's worked flawlessly all the other 7 times I've used it, that's why I knew something wasn't right this time. This online payment system used to work great but now I'm not so sure about it. I'm worried this stupid thing is going to end up putting me behind on a payment eventually, even though I'm current.
