I saw one of these on the bucket of a nearby dealer. He said he's not an official
dealer but let the Rep. talk him into putting one on one of his buckets for basically
free advertisement and an attention getter. It's $1200, seems well built but I'm not crazy
about the way it's attached to the bucket via chains. It does look intriguing though.

I think you'd be better off buying an actual grapple. For the same or possibly a little less you could have a grapple from these people. Gator Attachments Light Duty Grapple Rake

You will have to add a Third Function valve which adds about 700.

Will be interested in hearing what your neighbor uses it for, and how much he likes it.
I've used a bucket and a set of forks (switch out the bucket for the forks, not attaching them) and can't imagine a single use that I would have for the tines shown in the pic.

But then, I don't do manure, so that may be the one use for it. Maybe brush, but I'd expect to be picking brush out of the teeth and/or digging into the ground too much and bending the teeth.

You could also search for "debris fork" at northerntool.com the smaller version starts at 650. up to 1300. I'm sure you can find something on Ebay as well.

I have something similar I picked up at a farm auction. They work very well for raking/pushing/lifting piles of brush.

I would prefer to have my Loader Buddy vs. any bolt/chain/strap on attachment or grapple rake.

My neighbor is a Kubota dealer, 1/2 mile away, that I can't deal with. So unless
someone I know buys it I guess I'll never know. I'm hoping for a Grapple and Backhoe
this fall, may get a "thumb" on backhoe on the L3940.

Most folks around here are getting their attachments from these guys:
