Anyone ever made one of these?

I have a Warn 8000 model winch and I've decided I want a cable tensioner for it. Warn doesn't offer one and, besides, if they did, I'm fairly convinced I wouldn't want to pay what they'd want for it, anyhow. That leaves me with making my own.

I don't think this is anything complicated at all but thought I'd ask if anyone has done one and might be able to post a picture and describe how they made theirs. Thanks. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
