I need to pick up a wood splitter and it would be nice to run it off my tractor but I'm not sure if the little hydraulic pump would put out enough flow to make it worth while.

According to tractordata.com the pump is rated for 5.6GPM and I assume that is when the engine is running wide open.

Off the cuff I would think running a 20 ton splitter off this machine would be pretty slow but thought I'd check and see if anyone has done it before I start looking for alternate solutions.

Get a stand-alone splitter. You can tow it with your tractor and then still use your tractor to move logs, rounds, split wood, etc without disturbing the splitter set-up.
