I hear there's a witch's brew of snow, sleet, and ice headed our way (to western NY) from the midwest. Any you folks had that one come through yet? How's it seem? Should I sharpen my skates???

Not so bad here in Central KY. A bit of snow this morning followed by lots of rain, but no ice. Maybe you will get lucky and it will dump most of the rain down here /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It's just started snowing within the last 1/2 hour in southern Wisconsin. They're predicting 4" - 9" from this storm, but I didn't think it was tracking that far east. It looked to me like it was heading northeast into Canada from the midwest.

If it's anything like here I'd sharpen your skates. It's coming down really hard right now and supposed to continue into the morning. They're saying 6-10".

Ice here and its still raining. It's supossed to change to snow sometime tonight or tomorrow. Pretty cold last week -15f with a wind chill, I think it was a result of global warming. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Got a little bit of snow......less than ½" then a lot of rain. Started to turn to freezing rain/sleet. I have no idea what's it's doing now........I can't see outside down here in the basement aka dungeon. We're in Central Ohio.

Central Michigan....has the same general conditions as you do, getting freezing drizzle for now, 1/2 inch of snow overnite.

We are flooded in and some areas had up to 6 inches of rain last night. Sister went to work but she heard on the radio there was no way into town.
