Anyone have broken Nimco FEL Joystick valve?

Hi all! Wondering if anyone had a Nimco FEL joystick valve that doesn't work or has some problem and would be willing to part with it?

Mine has some mechanical issues and I thought if I could find one that had hydraulic issues (leaks, bad spools, etc), perhaps I could use some of the mechanical parts to fix mine.

What is wrong with your valve?

Worn fixed pivot ball (bottom right) and worn "block" (the part with all three sockets that the handle screws into).

I thought the valve was a problem, but it's just mechanical. I'm not particular on looks, as long as the dimensions are correct

Edit: I believe the one part is actually called "pivot post" Mine appears to be mild steel.

Some things you have to ask yourself. How much longer am I going to put up with the lever as is? What is the cost to repair/remake the wobble plate? What is the cost of a new joystick valve?

JJ- You are right. Those are the exact questions right now. I will spend a reasonable amount of time and effort to repair this one, then make a choice between living with it as is (knowing the joystick can pop out of place again) or replacing it.

I'll also have to choose between replacing the FEL joystick or adding rear remotes and tilt to my hydraulic top link.

I hope someone has a donor valve (useless to them) that I can cannibalize for the mechanical parts. That's the shortest path.

If I end up replacing it, I may go with this one:

That should allow an extra set of ports up front if I wanted to add a grapple, or to control a set of rears if wanted.

I just wonder about the Nimcos- non adjustable relief valves. Can you replace the relief valve with an adjustable one?

Maybe I should ask that on a separate thread...

You would have to contact Nimco about the PRV...You should also consider the Prince "stack" valves, they will be more money-but you can "build" exactly what you want.
