Hi Guys,
Long time no post. I have a small metal 2-wheel Powertrac garden trailer (no longer sold) that needs new tires. One the tire rims seems stuck to the axle and won't come off. The other one came off easily. Before I start banging on the stuck tire, I need to know if it is supposed to come off. I don't want to damage anything by trying to force it. If you know anything about my situation, please let me know. If nobody knows, I wlll try calling Terry at Powertrac after xmas. - Thanks. Ken (only Powertrac owner in MS!)

ANOTHER question: I overfilled the hydraulic tank a little. There is 1.75 inch on the dip stick instead of the recommended 1.00 inch. How critical is the oil level? Am I ok or should I pump out some of the oil with the jumper hose? Thanks - Ken

About the hydraulic tank, I don't see how it would damage anything. Some oil might seep out if you get on side hill.

Cqaigy is right. Put the lid on and keep moving forward. If you get ver steep you’re might leak a little.

Hi Gentlemen,
This Kaon99. I could not see how to edit my original post, so I am replying directly here. First, thanks very much for the hydraulic tank replies. I feel better about it now . On the 2-wheel cart problem, I finally got the tire/rim off. A little more thinking convinced me it was supposed to come off. With the right tools, penetrating oil, and some patience, it came off. I was elated. Now I need to see how to fix the tires or replace them. Hopefully smooth sailing from here on out. A wonderful New Year to all! - Ken Gilbert

If the tires have never been off, you may want to just have the dealer change them when you buy new ones. Little tires can be more difficult then larger ones. If they are not dry rotted you could put in a fix a flat product like they sell at TSC. It would be nice to see pictures of the trailer.
