Anyone know where I can find some clamps like this

I'm trying to mount some torches to my deck. The torches are on 1" bronze poles and I need some clamps to mount to my deck rail supports to hold them. I think that they should look like this (except these are for 3" pipes).

OR

I need them to stand off of the post by about 3/4" to 1" to clear the post cap.
Any help would be appreciated.

? - Screw a 1 1/4" steel pipe flange to the deck, and use a 12" piece of 1 1/4" pipe to hold the torch at the base? You could unscrew the pipe piece when you want it out of the way.

It will not colour match but perhaps some paint.

pipe flange on post - short - threaded nipple - tee on other end of threaded nipple fot the lamp post to go through. Might be able to mix galvanized to cpper pipe for neater look if there is clearance.

You might not get the exact same design, but check places that sell outdoor TV antenna poles. I bought something slightly similar at Radio Shack a few years back to anchor mine.

Not being sure of where you want to attach....ie: top rail, bottom rail, inside or outside of rail. Is the pole about 4-5ft long like most?

With that, here is my thought.... a 1/2 round bracket of what ever size/diameter you require attached to the outside or inside of both the top and bottom rail. like the copper brackets used to secure plumbing copper. It could also be plastic or galvanized strap and all could be painted to blend.

The idea of the brackets/straps is to reduce the potential for being seen. There are also decorative curtain rod holders made of various materials that could work also.

Eye hooks of appropriate length screwed into the rails or posts and painted to blend is another option.
