Buying Advice Anyone near Portland MI that could look?

I decided against the 4720 with 2200 hrs. What I really wanted was a cab tractor. I found one on Machine Finder. 2007 4720 cab tractor, with mid mount 72" 7 iron deck, 400 cx loader, one rear remote, quick hitch, all the bells and whistles on the cab. At the price that it's listed, it won't last long.
It's almost a 14 hr drive for me to get there. I spoke with a salesman today and he says a friend of his traded it in on a 5000 series. Is anyone in that vicinity that could help a guy in NC out? I'd be glad to pay something for your time.

Bader is my closest JD dealer, and I buy parts, fluids, and filters there. If your first offer doesn't pan out for some reason you can send me a PM with what you might need. I pass through Portland somewhat regularly in my travels, and I might be willing to stop and look at a tractor.
