Anyone own a TY330, or a T400-450

I would love to get some reviews of any of these tractors if you have them to empart. I am looking at the 400-450 pretty seriously, but the lack of Hydro is giving me second thoughts. May end up with a Kubota 4330. Then again price will be a factor.

So, if you have some pearls of wisdom, I would love to hear them..

I have had a T400 for almost 3 years and love it. Std trans is no problem for me at all. I use my tractor for just about everthing, bush hogin, tree skidding, planting deer & turkey crop and in the process of putting a Woods backhoe on it. Aside from a failed tach which TYM promtly replaced my unit has been trouble free.

I believe the 330 does have hydro as an option.

three years ago I was looking at the 400 and 450 and purchased the 450 with loader and backhoe and couldn't be more pleased. It's a 16 speed geared transmission. After using the tractor a while it becomes second nature what gear to be in for the task at hand. the tractor has plenty of power. For example I have a 7 foot box scrapper with ripper teeth. I can drop them down in hard clay and the tractor does not bog or hesitate.
I test drove the hydro but found the geared tractor gave me more control and was also quieter but that's just my opinion.

I have owned a Mahindra 2810HST for 3 years. Same tractor as the T330 HST except for the engines, Kubota vs. Daedong. Use mine exclusively for mowing, grading, FEL, and have been very pleased. If you've got specific questions about this unit I'll be glad to try and answer.

Dieselsmoke... I'll take you up on your offer! I'm also considering the tym330 and was wondering about their 3 pt lift capacities. From their spec sheet it looks pretty wimpy, 2078 lb at the link ends and only 1199 @24 inches out.

I just took a quick look at the Mahindra site and they show 2646, I assume thats at the link ends.

Numbers aside, what's been your experince with the hydraulics in general on your tractor? I was looking at the Mahindra 3215 just yesterday, but didn't realize it was similiar to the tym330 till your post. I've never seen a tym330, my local tym dealer does not currently have one in stock.

BTW, I've noticed other inconsistencies with the tym brochures... I hope it's just growing pains. I DO like the K2 series, real nice features and size.

The Mahindra 15 series is Mitsuishi, the 10 series are TYM. Most of the 10 series is no longer in the Mahindra lineup.

The Current Mahindra 10 Series are 3510 and 4110, (Same tractor different engine), 4510 and 7010. (Cab 45 & 70 hp)

Sorry for being kinda dense... but I'm confused... Which Mahindra series (if any) are made by TYM? Engines aside, is there a Mahindra equivalent to the TY330?

Still wondering if the 3pt lift specs to for the TY330 are accurate...

The 10 series Mahindra is from TYM. You will find that the Mahindra 3510 is basically the TYM 330 except for the power train and tires . The TYM 330 have a Kubota motor and the Mahindra I believe has a Daedong motor
