I got it dirty,
and now I need to give him a bath.
I'm sure some of you have pressure washed your RTV, and I was wondering how you did it. Any problems, or things to look out for? My main concern is washing the engine & tranny area. Anything special I should watch out for under there?
Have you been using a pressure washer, or just a garden hose? If it is as well sealed as my ZD21, it should have no problem with a little LIGHT pressure wash. Wouldn't want to blast water into breathers & dip sticks, but should stand at least a garden hose? Correct? Or am I way off?
That's the reason I ask first. Hopefully to keep me out of trouble.
I will pass on one little tip for a new tool in case you need an excuse for one.
That is to use a "leaf blower" to dry your vehicle off with. Does a GREAT job, quickly. Gets that water out of the nooks and crannies that a towel can't. Try it, if you haven't already...
Thanks for your input.
