Anyone recognise this old car grille?

In the vegetation covered sand dune behind our beach shack we found the remains of an old car. The body is totally rusted away and I can find nothing left that provides a make or model. But the grille, being some kind of heavy cast alloy has survived reasonably well. And the engine has a distinctive inclined water jacket along the top.

Does anyone know what it is? I've Googled hundreds of old car images but havent found a grille like it. I'm in Australia so I suspect its English but it could be American.

The engine looks like early 1930's style.

I've seen a lot of old American cars, but that's not anything I recognize. The grille looks a bit like an old Mercedes Benz grille, or part of one.

The engine would have been the BMC B series. If you want parts I would suggest you go to India. Decades after BMC was no more they were churning them out by the thousands as taxis.
