Anyone try the Northern Tool magnetic flood lights?

I bought a couple of these lights to mount to my ROPS. They run off a 12v cigarette adapter plug. I have already installed a plug wired to a keyed power supply. The lights are 55w each. I want to run them off the adapter for a while before I decide to hard wire them. Would it be too much of a load to run them through this 1 in / 2 out plug adaper to power each light?

Anyone ever tried these lights on their machine?

I used that exact one when I had my BX24. I was really pleased with how well it worked. Stuck it to the underside of the top bar on the ROPS.

Is the adapter rated 10 amps or more, 2 55w light draw about 9.5 amps

Ill have to check on that...

Just looked at one at local Advance Auto.. rated at 10 amps. Should be good then I assume..

I used one of these lights several times. Mostly during cutting hay and not finishing before dark. Mount on hood or fender to help watch for little deer bedded down. Also helps out when using loader after dark.
