I used switched over to a synthetic at my 100 hr oil change and used Valvoline 0W-40. Unfortunately the TSC store that I purchased it at is too far away and I don't make it around that area often.
My local Canadian tire store carries Shell Rotella 0W-40. I have heard of others using a Rotella 5W-40 but have not heard of anyone using the 0W-40. I believe it is API CG-4.
I found it on Shell Canada's web site. I have seen other references to it from Canadian web sites. I'm not sure if this is a product that they sell in Canada instead of the 5W-40 because of our colder winters.
Anybody else here use it on their botas?
