Anyone with TC24DA need a quick measurement!

My tractor is in the shop and I need a real quick measurement from someone.

Could you pull off the intake hose off either your aircleaner box or the actual intake and measure the diameter (inside/ouside) of that opening the hose goes onto?

I know it's a strange request but it has to do with my other post reguarding turbocharging. I think I've found a turbo, but since the tractor is in the shop I can't run out and get the measurements so I can possibly purchase it.

So your looking for the size of the hose from the Aircleaner to the engine, where the hose enters the engine? I can check tomorrow.

1.5" inner, almost 1.75" outer.

Boy it's a tiny motor!

Thanks alot! One more example of why you guys here and this site is valuable.

BTW, with that info I was able to make the turbo purchase (before someone else) and hopefully soon I can continue with "the project" as posted on the "customization" section.
