Anything Special about \"your\" dealer?

Well everybody here's my post about what I feel my dealership did for me that I feel was special.
As you know from my previous posts, the power beyond kit finally came in at the dealership, the very next day they were here to get my tractor. They came and got it took it there and put the rock shaft assist, power beyond, 3rd scv, and aux. lights on the tractor, and replaced the right frt. rim (the inset was welded in too far making the tire hit the steering cylinder). They even had me come up to the dealership to teach me how to put the bh on and take it off inside the service dept. I went to put the bh on the tractor a couple of weeks later and the 3pt wouldn't pick it up enough to put in the pins without using the backhoe to help the 3pt. I called the dealership the next day (friday) and told the salesman about the problem, and said that I'd call back on monday to see what he found out for me about the problem. I got busy and forgot to call them on monday and thursday morning they called me to ask if I was going to be home, they then sent down a tech. he checked the hydraulic pressures and found them to be lower than specs. He set them higher and then we put the backhoe on. The 3pt had no problem with it and put it on in place the first time and everytime there after. After he left I took the tractor out to a frozen snow bank that I had previously tried to move and couldn't budge and the fel dug in and when I went to pick up the frozen chunk of snow it tossed it up and out of the bucket!! Wow what a difference 350psi makes, problem solved. I can't wait until warmer weather to try out the backhoe! I think that the dealership went out of their way for me, maybe it's just good business, but I felt that since I didn't have to call them back or bug them about the problem that makes them special. So guys anyone else out there have any good stories about their dealerships? Can't wait to read about them. As always have a great weekend! Have fun with your tractors!

p.s. I should mention that my dealer is Voelker Imp. Big Rapids MI

Re: Anything Special about \"your\" dealer?

Well, my dealer (Wineland Equipment, Martinsburg, PA) has consistently made my buying experience as painless as possible. They've delivered three machines for free so far (I'm about 45 miles away), while maintaining the best prices to boot. Great bunch of guys.
