Mid-Mount Mower Are all Deere 48C Mower Decks Created Equal?

Hi, I'm a new member here. I was looking to buy a new 48C mower deck and was wondering if they were basically interchangeable from one model to another. I've found one that "looks" identical to what I have, but the seller is saying it's only for the SST16/SST18 series. Anyone know if there's a difference?
