Are all Massey Ferguson tractor red?

Are all Massey Ferguson tractors red? I just bought a MF35 diesel and it is yellow, Was that the original color?

I would suspect that you have an "industrial" tractor as opposed to an "agricultural" tractor. Most of the manufacturers offered (and many still do offer) industrial versions of their tractors with some minor (sometimes major) differences between the industrial and the agricultural versions.

Nasty, it is possible it was a HYW dept tractor, but in the 50's & 60's it was very common for industrial versions of the tractors to be all yellow so it could have just as easily been in private industry. The older MFs had a 2 tone paint scheme (red over grey) the industrials would have been all yellow. Probably had beefed up hydraulics or multiple pumps, some brands eliminated the 3pt and/or PTO on some versions to accomodate a fork lift of other specialty rear implement/purpose. Often the industrials had beefed up castings in some area as well.

My uncle had a Massey Freguson in the early '60's and the sheet metal was a yellowish cream color and it was not an industrial tractor.

Does the ID plate say that it is a 35? If it doesn't it could be a MF 202 or 203 Industrial. It might have been repainted and MF 35 decals installed, because they are easier to get. They were built about the same time that the MF 35s were.
