Are cab models Tym T474 and Branson 4815 the same tractors ?

Good morning,

Made by the same company (Tym group), those cab models looks really the same.
Do they have the same transmission ? and what else ?

I'm not sure if they are the same tractors, unless the T474 is a rebranded Branson? TYM calls their T474 their value line. Now Branson was owned by Kukje, which is the brand name of the motors in the TYM value line. It's possible that the TYM "value line" tractors are rebranded Bransons?

When looking at a 2021 model Branson 4815, it sure looks like a T474.

TYM owns Branson so I would guess they are the same/virtually identical I am new to tractors so just what I have found while I search for my first tractor.

For the heck of it I just looked at the spec sheets for the two tractors,
lift capacity of the 3 point is different,
pto is different (Branson has 540/540E) TYM 540 only,
Tire sizes are different,
weights are different,
both have 4 speed gear boxes with 3 ranges for geared.
But nope not the same.

And the 2021 models will come with a 4 range gears too.

I've seen an ad for a 2021 4215R with the 4 range gearbox. Seems like Branson will be swapping everything to 4 ranges.

To me and just from looking at pictures, the only TYM parts on the Branson tractors would be the cab interior and dashboard. According to the specs, Branson uses the A2300N4 engine, while the TYM uses the A2300N2 engine. Not sure what the number after the N changes though.

I had plans to go to a local Ag fair to check out the new stuff but that didn't happen this year.

Noticed the rear axle / wheels are also different

That's another good way to tell who built the tractor, if Branson or TYM.

My T474 operators manual printed Jan. 2020 says A2300N4 engine, not that really makes a difference. They share many things it seems but put their own little twist on others.
