Ok guys
Got it started was a switch in the shift housing sits and runs fine we are going to give it a full service now before use. just want to learn how to use now now this opens to a whole new bunch of questions lets start with HOW DO YOU OPERATE THE MOWER I CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO LOWER IT SO IT WILL CUT.

mower is operated by one of the PTO controls .... lower the housing , then engage the PTO switch .... drives off the front of the tractor via an electric clutch to the lower shaft ( and back thru to the mower drive shaft )

pull the PTO knob out and push the "reset: button to start it ... if you get off the seat, the interlock should kill the PTO and depending on the model , the engine should die too. sit down quick enough and the motor should catch but the PTO will remain off till you push the reset button.

the lifting and lowering is hydraulic ... check the rocker selector, left side of seat ... one position operates the front and middle arms ... the other operates the rear arms ...
