Tiller ariens tiller

hello all, found an ariens tiller online, appears to be a 3pt hitch with a pto drive. Was wondering is this tiller is actually usable on a 30hp kubota, or if it is just for a garden tractor, any info on it would be appreciated. also availability of parts. thanks

A pitcher would help a lot, but I suspect it is for garden tractors, probably an old cub cadet.
