Has anyone worked with these guys? Comments most appreciated!
I am considering a 40x60x16K kit from them, quoted price is 16K delivered but get this. There are no doors...it's just a shell. I would have to add doors myself or pay an upcharge. Interesting concept if a man is handy. :)

Do they erect it for that price? There are many steel building companies that will deliver you a building for you to put up. Most of them don't make the components, but are just resellers. Many posts on here regarding steel buildings. I did a lot of looking myself at steel buildings a year ago, don't remember seeing this company.

I have a 30X50 W12FT. walls Carolina Carports garage with three 10X10 roll up doors horiz. siding and vertical roof with boxed eaves...delivered and installed for under 14K. It took three guys less than a day and half to install it. :confused2:

I also just had a 21X26 with 7ft walls carport with gable ends and closed in side walls and boxed eaves put up for $2300 then finished off the inside to make it into a barn for our goats. This took three guys two and a half HOURS to install! :D

I am very happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

i bought an Armstrong Building at the end of last year with vents, guters, and insulation. and they included everything I wanted in the quote. The price was fair, the quality was there, and they include a Project Manager that didnt cost nothin' extra so it made sens for me.

They did promise me 8 am delivery thogh and I was waitin on the truck driver until a little after 10 but overall, real good experience.

I have a 30x50 steel building from Advanatge. I did the forms and contracted the pour and finishing of the concrete. A friend and I did the building and it was really like a big erector set. Advantage provided great instructions and easy to follow drawings, plus they have a number you can call with questions or problems. I also opted for the insulation package which added to the price but was well worth it, the building came with all the trim and the walk thru door. I did the 16x8 door myself. The building is now 5 years old and the finish looks like new and I'm very pleased. My delivered price, if I remember correctly, was a little over 7k. Hope this helps.

I have a 24X32 steel building with a concrete floor with 18inch footings and an 8 foot awning on the entry way. It has one standard 36" door and one 16 foot door, with four standard windows. It is completely insulated inside. It is in two colors, with sophets an completely wired with overhead lights. My cost for a turnkey job was about $17k. Can't remember the name for sure, but it was Irish...Callahan I think.

I made the mistake of giving my phone number so "the salesman could call me back and give me a price" Never did get a solid price and they called back every week at all hours! I go to bed at 8PM and don't need a salesman to call me at 10PM!

Get a solid price WHEN YOU CALL or hang up and cross them off your list!

I had pretty good luck with these guys, and have gotten two buildings from them for the farm. the last one was a 60x100 it came out great. Had no real issues with the sales guy (mike g.) or the engineering guys. All and all it went really well, I put up the smaller one about 6 years ago and had them install the big one last fall. They seemed to know what they were doing, i was promised a week install but it took them almost two. I've got a fifteen year old butler and a new building from a local guy who sold me a Varco Pruden building for the combine. Both the armstrong buildings are built much nicer.

Does any one know anything about a 2007 John Deere 5525. I'm thinking about buying one for hay spreading, feeding cattle, baling, mowing and loader work but I don't know. I have a smaller 5225 that has been great.

Oh here's a pic of the 60 x 100 I took while they where installing the sheeting and roof.
