Snowblower ARPS DS 6.5 ft snowblower

Any ideas if a 3320 (32.5 hp tractor) will handle this? I've never seen this desgin before. Any other information about it would be appreciated.

Shouldn't be a problem. This style of blower is often used with vintage Fords like the 8N with Hp in the low 20's.
