Oil & Fuel Asking how remove timer the electrical connector

We are trying to determine the sudden loss of power not thrust after 20 minutes of operating. We have tied the seat back to disconnect the kill switch, We have bled the air out loosening 4 injectors before bleeding air of course. Next the timer replacement any body done this?
