Mike, I thought you could post the article if you included the source for the article and didn't alter or edit the content ???
Here's a link to the TBN FAQ. The fifth rule is;

5. Posting or uploading copyrighted material without permission.

It's really not relavent...
It is relevant since posting copyrighted material violates TBN rules, copyright rules and, while it's not probable, it could get TBN in trouble if copyrighted material were found on the TBN server.

'tis true, but posting copyrighted material still violates TBN and copyright rules. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Even after 9/11 is a bunch of BS to worry about pocket knifes, nail files, nail clippers. screwdrivers on airlines.

( P.S.
Prior to 9/11, many people would have found a BOLO for people with box cutters/small pocket knives at airports far fetched, too. The bulletin was only for law enforcement officials, not the general public. The bulletin urged police to watch for suspects carrying almanacs, especially if the books include suspicious notations or marks and was based upon a specific incident where an al Qaeda sleeper agent was arrested and he had an almanac with notations in it. I can not agree with you that the Feds are 'off a rocker'. Critics complain that the warnings do not contain specific enough information, yet when they do, such as this examples to law enforcement, people complain again. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif )

Obviously this is your opinion and while I agree about the nail files, nail clippers, etc., I imagine there were many people on three flights who would disagree with you about pocket knives.

I be sure to remove the copywrite notice next time. That will solve the problem.

One of the reasons the box cutters worked this time is because we have been told to act like sheep and let the theif steal your car, dont fight back its not worth it, let him take your purse, its not worth the fight, Let him steal your possionst they can be replaced thats why we have insurance.

Look what happened after 911, evertime there was problems on a plane people stood up, The "shoe bomber" was stoped by passengers who were tired of being sheep.

This isn't really relevant to this thread, but given your phrase there (being sheep) I thought I'd mention a "new word".

The new word is "Sheeple" a cross between sheep and people. Evidently, there is a ticked off website regarding the owner of the NFL Cincinnati Bengals, Mike Brown. (I'll leave the site off here as it's a negatively named website)

Upshot, the term "sheeple" was created by some of the angry posters there, suggesting that the Bengals owner Mike Brown has hearded the mindless crowds that ante up to buy tickets from him as he continued to provide an inferior product.

To use your point, the public is (are?) sheeple regarding not fighting a hijack, just let them take over... (prior to 911) now as you suggest, the sheeple are shedding their fleece, and I for one, think that's a good thing... (omg, I sound like Martha.. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif)

I never used the phrase, but I DID think there was a bit of novelty in it's creation.

Since ignoring the rules seems to be tolerated in FRS thread, I figured its ok here as well. advocating speeding and ignoring FCC rules is ok, but OH NO!!! dont post an article.
