Hi all,
Wondering if i can get some direction before i go too far. I have already been reading some very old threads on the subject.
I have purchased a "project" ASV RC30. it is the later model probably 2010 i think.
It has some drive issues. When it is cold it is fine and seems to be getting drive, you can push it into a pile and almost stall it.
But after 20 mins of hard work it loses drive power, particularly on the left. you really notice it going up a steep hill, it will just stop moving. You push forward and the engine will rev like its not under any load.
My assumption is that when it is hot it is not getting pressure to the drive motors.
All i have done so far is change the hydraulic oil and filter, just so i know the fluid is the correct type, which made no difference. The fluid in it actually looked ok and had no signs of water.
I have purchased a set if gauges and was about to start by testing the charge pressure.
Assuming that is ok i would test the drive pressure (no sure when to test this from)
Also i plan to check the relief valves to enure the o-rings are in place.
Any direction advice from someone who has seen this problem before would be appreciated.
