Grapple ATI Grapple Kit - anyone have?

I am seriously considering having an ATI Grapple Kit installed on my Kubota B3030 before it is delivered. Does anyone have any hands-on experience with these?

Also, I will need to add a "rear remote" to my tractor to operate the grapple. Where specifically does the operator's control end up being placed? Would it be part of the FEL control stick or an entirely separate lever somewhere?

I was quoted $700.00 + shipping for the GK-4866 grapple kit in my area. It did look like a well built unit, unfortunately the local dealer that ATI suggested didn't follow through with questions that we asked and as a result we did not make a purchase.

I have an ATI grapple on my 2810 Mahindra FEL. This unit is great for grabbing the logs and brush as you push along with the bucket flat on the ground. I have a set of teeth on my bucket which makes the brush pile up into the bucket as I go forward. While moving along I just close the grapple and when mashed I curl the bucket and lift the load. Makes easy work at picking up brush and or logs. The grapple is powerful enough to grab and hold 10 ft. logs 10 - 15 inches in dia. with no problem. The unit cost 700 plus shipping. It does require fitting to your bucket and welding the horizontal cross bar to get the correct fit. I added a power beyond control valve and made a bracket to mount the valve on right next to the FEL controls. Brought the power fluid in on the new valve and sent it to the FEL valve. Put quick disconnect valves at the grapple. These hoses are now long enough to reach the rear of the tractor to operate anything on the rear that I want.
