Anyone have one? I'm on the fence about either this or the factory QA for my 2620.

Of course, there's the difference between SS and non-SS mounts, but I'm wondering weight and the expense of either getting another bucket or modifying the OEM.

Eventually, my goal is to have both the forks and some sort of mount for a truck style snow plow. I'm not worried (yet) about having hydraulic angle for a plow blade.

I had one on my previous B3030 (ATI Tach-All) and I was very happy with it. It did not seem to impact my loader lift ability much as I could still scoop a full bucket of wet top soil etc. The build quality of it was also excellent, it actually seemed more heavy duty than the factory Kubota Q/A on my GL3240 that I own now .

The negative is that it does reduce the FEL lift capacity to some degree as you have the added weight of the Q/A mount itself plus it put the Q/A attachments (bucket, Forks, Etc.) slightly farther out from the FEL arms. It is nice to quickly change FEL implements which overshadowed any negatives for me.

I was able to reuse my forks and grapple from the B3030 on my GL3240 so that is another benefit if you buy attachments and decide to upgrade to a larger tractor like I did. It is also easier to resell skid steer q/a type attachments as they work on a wide variety of machines.

I think you will end up very disappointed if you plan on putting virtually any skidsteer bucket or attachment on your tractor. Skidsteer anything is heavy!

But, with that being said, I'd do it if it were me. Putting a SSQA on my tractor was the best thing i ever added. I have a light duty set of forks, and i made an attachment for moving trailers and lifting stuff. As far as your snow plow goes...... keep it light ! Being able to swap from a bucket to forks or something else in seconds is the best thing since sliced bread.

I'm on the fence between the ATI and the Kubota one that isn't SS. I'm mainly interested in a set of forks and eventually building a plate with a mount for a plow for the driveway.

I've heard the factory unit doesn't move the points too far forward and affect the capacity too much, if at all.

Darn, just looked again, I swore they had one for the LA364, but I can't find it now.

Looks like the majority are 80# or so

I would definitely go with the SS QA because it seems to be the standard that everything is going to and attachments will be cheaper and easy to sell.I don't like things that are propitiatory either. Not all SS equipment is overly heavy.

If the Kubota one is not SS compatible I would go for the ATI. With the SS quick attach you have many more options. Local rental dealers have many attachments that will fit usually. In my case I have a friend that has Bobcat attachments and I can borrow his attachments and they fit perfectly. It's also an advantage if you trade tractors in a few years having the standard SS attachments that will fit your next machine regardless of brand.
