Hello, I have posted a tractor question on the Kubota price section!

Please check it out.

http://http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kubota-buying-pricing/98483-some-tractor-size-info-needed.html

With all that said, Im sure the builder will do some leveling of the land. But I will need to finish the area around the house for seeding and landscaping.

The road and driveway are a large concern both will be new dirt and gravel. I plan on keeping the road up while constructs is taking place. Box blade, back blade or something else better for my needs.

The PHD can possible wait or not as I need to move lots of small trees that are currently on the land. I would like to make a tree line between my parcel and the one next to it.

I have a limited budget but need to look at the attachments to get right a way. I can buy more later:) With out knowing the tractor size this might be hard, my hope is people replying can use the replies list on the other thread as a baseline.

Thanks

KC

For me a box blade would be first on the list for leveling, road and driveway. While I understand planting trees with a post hole digger, I don't know how you plan to "move" trees with a post hole digger. I would go for a back hoe to dig the trees up and replant them. A front end loader is also pretty handy if ya are going to be moving dirt around. I would recomend a tiller for the lawn and landscaping too. I use my tiller maybe more than anything (tossup with the back hoe).

Berry, Most of the tree are very small and can be dug by hand, the BH would make it much easier and I could move large trees:)
