I'd say a lot would depend on plant population, type/brand of chopper, and terrain. Even with a higher plant population, a chopper with a heavy cutter head would work fine, just don't expect to set any land speed records. A chopper with a heavy cutter head, or flywheel, with more rotating mass, would be easier to keep powered up, once it's rotating. Keeping the blades sharp has to be a big plus also. And, flatter terrain, not having to drag a chopper, and wagon up hills, leaves more available horsepower, to run the chopper.
I'd think you'd be able to pull a 9' MoCo/haybine real easy, any small square baler, or a small round baler. Although some small round baler's like my John Deere 335, require dual remotes. One for the hydraulic tie, and another to eject the bale. I'd think you'd be able to pull a 3-14" plow, but a lot would depend on your soil. And, should handle a 8' or 9' disk.
