We just found out yesterday that the F3680 seat is a drop in replacment for the one on the B3030. The 3680's seat has a full suspension and rides much better than the stock B-series seat. The new seat only sits about 1" higher and feels really natural. We had a customer who just did this himself and it only took about an hour to change them over.

Neil-
Does the seat fit the 7610 also? Could you post a picture of the seat?
Thanks,

I wonder what's the price of a seat like that? It seems pretty cozy indeed.

Is there a similar replacement seat for the B7800 ? Thanks.

The other tractors mentioned are quite different than the B3030, it will probably fit - but not as easliy as this one did.

Neil .. I need some clarity here ... the 3030 and the b7800 have more in common than not .. but are you saying the seat specifics are different enough to give pause?

Point being, I would LOVE to lose the stock kubota seat on my 7800 if there were a orange brand drop in replacement.

Thanks.

Yea, the seat area's are one of the differences between the machines. The B3030 has a flat area where you can not see to the ground under the seat. If you drop out those seat bolts, the F-series seat lines right up. I am sure you could make it work on a B7800, its just not going to be as easy.

We still haven't heard a cost???

I received a cost today....$749.95!!!!!! Maybe that's the reason we never heard a cost!

The B3030 is the top of the line for B series tractors correct? Kubota should swap that seat for unhappy 3030 owners or at the very least discount its purchase to us. $ 749.00 that just sucks! No other way to put it.

Wow, at that price that's not a seat anymore, it's called a throne! :D I know, I know... a seat is rather expensive. But to pay for another one... ouf! Nice seat though. If someone is willing to give me one, I'll take it.;)

Off subject - my wife and I think the dog pictured with your post is absolutely stunning. It's beautiful.

$750! You must have called a parts counter. The markup (From a dealer & Kubota) is much higher over the parts counter than it is though the wholegoods Dept. MSRP on that seat from wholegoods is $360. You'd probably have to be charged the UPS fee's as well.

360$ makes more sense for a seat. But, as a good Canadian, I'm forced to pay twice that price up here  . Sometimes I don't understand why Kubota stuff is always twice the real price up north of the border  .
Nice seat. If you have problem with your seats guys, 360$ is a fair price for a seat like that.

Does the throne come with one of those automatic flushes. I hear there are some fancy throne seats in Japan - hooked up to water to give you a sanitary spray.

Dear Kubotafan, I just want to let you know that up here in Quebec we're far more advanced than that. Here's a TV commercial from a Quebec hardware store. I'm sorry I don't have the video of it, but I have the text and a photo. It's a text but I think you'll get the idea. The commercial's video is incredible but nonetheless I think you'll have fun reading it! ;)

I'm a bit disappointed that we can't find seats like those on Kubota tractors

Sorry to be out of subject... euhhh... nice seat! :D

Ok now the seat is $360. Why did my top of the line (cab model) tractor not come with the nice seat?
