I got sick of the jack on the utility trailer hitting the tail light or rack every time I move it with the ATV. I will need to make a custom insert for the ball that is usually on there. I have a 1 7/8" ball with 5/8" tapped hole in the bottom instead of the typical 3/4" stud. I will buil it so that it has 1 - 2" rise.

Looks good, so you welded driectly to the ATV Rear axle housing?

Should be plenty strong enough for anything th ATV can tow.

I would be carefull how much weight you put on it, its twice the distance from the axle than the original, dont want to damage the ATV.
