You might want to look at purchasing one; for the price of some you probably can't make a wagon cheaper.

Wagons are harder to work with (back up) if you are in tight areas. You might consider just a trailer - and add a dump or tilt to it.

I got a small wagon from Northern Tool. They had a deal at the time for free shipping. You buy the frame, wheels/tires etc. then you build the box to your specs and needs.
Really like it but had to teach myself how to back it. Wasn't pretty. Ha!
